Added DGP Vishal Bansal said that more than 100 Biology and Chemistry questions had “striking similarities” with the present exam. Detectives initiated searches and investigations in Sikar, other towns of Rajasthan and even Dehradun.
May 11: Nationwide outrage after claims of 135 matching queries
The controversy took a turn when news surfaced that 135 questions from the circulated question bank seemed to be identical to the genuine NEET exam.
The circulating package allegedly had all 90 Biology questions and all 45 Chemistry concerns, as per the India Today report. The document said the issues were roughly 600 define out of the total 720 marks of NEET.
But officials said the probe was still attempting to determine if it was an unusually accurate ‘guess paper’ or proof of an actual leak.
Political tornado appears
